Terms & Conditions Policies

A. CANCELLATION

  1. Cancellation of customized order cannot be done once the job has been confirmed for
    production.
  2. Cancellation of pre-printed and no print orders can be requested as long as the product has not yet shipped.
  3. Payments of cancelled orders cannot be returned as cash. It will be credited to the next order of the client

 

B. CASH ON DELIVERIES

  1. COD is accepted for all preprinted and no print products, except for customized orders.
    Customized orders has to be paid in full prior to production

 

C. RETURNS and EXCHANGE

  1. Returns due to reasons change of mind will not be accepted. However, items can be
    exchanged with other items of equal or lesser value. All related delivery expenses and
    minimal handling fee will be shouldered by the client.
  2. Defective products must be reported within 24 hours after receipt. The complaint must be accompanied with a photograph.
  3. Client must wait for signal from Box and Prints before returning the defective products, or else it will not be accepted.
  4. Cost of shipping the returning the defective products will be shouldered by Box and Prints.

 

D. ORDER PROCESSING and DELIVERY

  1. Fully paid orders received before 12:00 noon of each working day will be processed
    within the day. Orders received after that will be processed the next business day.
    Business day is from Monday – Saturday.
  2. Customized orders will be produced within 7 working days from receipt of client approval
    to proceed with the production.
  3. Delivery will take 1 to 7 working days.
  4. Items can be picked up at the plant in Taytay, Rizal. The client will be notified when their
    items are ready for pick up.

 

E. PAYMENT PROCESS
The following modes of payment are accepted:

  • Cash payment
  • Bank transfer
  • Online banking
  • Major credit and debit cards
  • Cash on Delivery
